Patricia’s practice centres on the versatility of knitting and the ways in which it can cross the boundary between craft and art.
Taking inspiration from the colour, shape and texture found in natural forms she experiments with the manipulation and construction of hand and machine knitted pieces to create abstract wall hangings and sculptural pieces.
Her current practice is concerned with using a range of embellishment techniques and the development of pieces for the home setting.
