I am currently working as an Artist in Residence at London Metropolitan University, and have recently been awarded a sponsorship from J.Blundell & Sons. This means I am working on a range of objects in 925 silver, focussing on decoration, function and domesticity.

I appropriate objects such as doilies, and use them as an axis to create objects that playfully question our perceptions.
The consideration of space, and how the piece utilises it, as well as light and shadows, help shape my decisions on form.

Jo has been shortlisted for the Thomas Lyte Modern Heritage Award
