After graduating from Cologne with a degree in product design Sabine moved to England, finding her inspiration in rural Herefordshire. The countryside has a strong influence on her designs - hence the use of natural materials like felt as a decorative but also important functional element.
She launched her own company bagsboxes as a base to present her initial ideas. Now, one year on, she has a collection of designs which encompasses all the various mediums and concepts she enjoys working with.
Lately she has been experimenting with different materials such as brightly coloured pigments in resin and applying strong contrasts to traditional and conventional materials.
