Design Your Own Tray with Ella Doran

At Design Show Liverpool, Ella Doran will be running her successful ‘Design Your Own Tray’ sessions. During Design Show Liverpool anyone with a creative urge put pen to paper to create an original artwork, which is then sent to the factory and pressed into their own one-off ‘unique design’ tray.

Special workshops for children and school parties will be run throughout each day of the show, during which children will be shown images of the factory with step-by-step explanations of the manufacturing process, detailing the journey of their original artwork through to the finished tray.

The workshops are great fun and extremely rewarding. Ella Doran and her team are there to encourage and inspire the children in what are often their first steps into the world of design.
